TÜMSER DÖKÜM,located at 10015 street of İzmir Çiğli Atatürk Organized Area, is a specialist die caster Company in High Pressure Injection die casting production of ALUMINUM and ZAMAK parts.
Established in 1984 ,TÜMSER was a successful spare parts and after sales service provider to the white good products of Hoover and since the year 2003, Tümser ventured to a new path and has become a reliable and preferable company with its skilled and specialized staff in the field of die casting production.
TÜMSER DÖKÜM is capable of giving positive response to the demands of a large number of reputable domestic and foreign customers from tool design and construction,to all machining works including CNC operations, application of electrostatic cataphoresis paint, coating of chromium, tin, nickel and copper, sand blasting on the surface of parts the whole span of die casting Works are carried out and delivered to customers within the prescribed lead time.

TÜMSER DÖKÜM today employs 75 staff and workers to carry out die casting and machining works on 2 or 3 shifts basis with the use of 8 different size and capacity of high pressure injection presses varying from 90 tons ( of hot chamber ) to 720 tons ( of cold chamber ). For securing the required quality level of or customers on permanent basis, we are using X-Ray , Spectrometer, vertical CNC machines as well as CMM, surface and paint thickness measurement devices to provide clean and trouble – free products of various business sectors such as machinery , electric and electronical components, automotive industry, white goods products, compressor parts and health, equipment parts.
